Before you call, the honest answers.
I already pay for Jobber or Housecall Pro — doesn't that do this?
Sometimes, yes. Both have missed-call text-back and online booking built in. What they don't do on their own is configure it, write the messages, connect it to how your specific shop actually quotes and dispatches, or turn it on at all — most shops I've looked at have the feature sitting there switched off. If you're already paying for one of these, tell me on the call. Sometimes the honest answer is I tune what you've already got instead of selling you something new.
How much does it cost?
Three flat packages: missed-call recovery at $1,200, a complete intake system at $2,400, and a crew & dispatch add-on at $3,500–$4,500 for three trucks or more. We talk for 30 minutes, I send one page with a flat number and a date, and it's a yes-or-no from there — no follow-up campaign, no surprise line items.
Am I locked in?
No. The accounts are yours, in your name, from day one. If we stop working together you keep every tool exactly as it was built. I don't hold logins and I don't put anything behind a subscription you can't cancel.
What happens if it breaks on a Saturday night?
You text me. During the first 90 days that's included in the build. After that it's $149/month if you want me watching it — you're not required to keep it, but most guys do, because the tools are simple but you didn't build them and don't want to be the one debugging a missed-call flow at 9pm on a weekend.
I'm not technical at all.
That's the point — you don't need to be. I do the building, on your accounts, and I test the whole thing on a phone before it goes live. You approve every message before it ever reaches a customer. If you can read a text, you can run this.
Who actually does the work?
Me. There's no account manager, no call center, no ticket queue. I work with a handful of shops at a time on purpose, so nothing ends up half-finished.
